Marie Drake
Marie grew up in Crested Butte, Colorado and also spent part of her childhood in Japan and the Philippines. She lived in Paris, France for 14 months during her junior year of college as well. After college at Pacific University in Oregon where she had a double major in Philosophy and French and was awarded Distinguished Senior in Humanities, Marie moved to New York City and attended law school at Fordham University.
Stephanie Berardini
Stephanie Berardini has been working for lawyers for nearly 30 years, starting in the file room of a downtown Denver law firm and then receiving her paralegal degree in 1996. Working with her husband, Brian J. Berardini, Esq., she developed her skills in high-pressure civil litigation, lender liability defense, family law, bankruptcy, foreclosures, probate, collections, evictions, and garnishments for individuals, small businesses, and national organizations.
Brandon Richardson
Brandon Richardson is an associate attorney with The Drake Law firm, P.C. Brandon graduated from Colorado State University with honors, majoring in Political Science with a dual minor in Business Administration and Legal Studies.
Brandon followed the footsteps of his stepfather and attended law school at The University of Tulsa College of Law. At the University of Tulsa College of Law, Brandon worked at an immigration law clinic and spent time in the David L. Moss jail assisting immigrants with their immigration status. This immigration work is part of what informs Brandon’s strong sense of empathy in his family law cases.
Tatiana Quijano
Tatiana Quijano is the firm’s Scheduling Assistant and Happiness Coordinator. She handles client intake, client appointments, handles the attorneys’ schedules and creates reports that make everyone’s life easier. Tatiana has ten years of experience in Customer Service, Administrative Assistance, and Legal Assistance.
Walker Urban
Walker Urban, is a Legal Assistant with The Drake Law Firm. He is a Colorado State University philosophy graduate with a a deep interest in family law.
Born and raised in the Denver Metro Area, he is a true Colorado native. His commitment to the field is evident in his support of attorneys and paralegals with their cases and matters.
