Brandon Richardson
Associate Attorney
Brandon Richardson is an associate attorney with The Drake Law firm, P.C. Brandon graduated from Colorado State University with honors, majoring in Political Science with a dual minor in Business Administration and Legal Studies.
Brandon followed the footsteps of his stepfather and attended law school at The University of Tulsa College of Law. At the University of Tulsa College of Law, Brandon worked at an immigration law clinic and spent time in the David L. Moss jail assisting immigrants with their immigration status. This immigration work is part of what informs Brandon’s strong sense of empathy in his family law cases.
Brandon is knowledgeable in most areas of family law, including custody, support, asset division, prenuptial agreements, paternity and more. While the vast majority of family law matters settle at mediation, if the matter is higher conflict, Brandon is ready for the fight. In fact, just days after being sworn in as a Colorado attorney, Brandon participated in a multi-day divorce trial.
Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys skiing, snowboarding, backpacking, hiking, and cheering on the Colorado Avalanche.
