Attorney Madeline LeGrange

Madeline LeGrange is an Associate Attorney at The Drake Law Firm, where she is dedicated to guiding individuals and families through the complexities of family law with clarity, compassion, and a steady hand. Her practice encompasses a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, spousal maintenance, common law marriage, allocations of parental responsibility, parenting time and decision-making, child support, paternity, and post-decree modifications. She also provides counsel on the negotiation and enforcement of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Originally from the coastal city of Santa Barbara, California, Madeline first moved to Colorado for her undergraduate education and later returned to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While in law school, she served as a student attorney in the Community Economic Development Clinic, where she represented nonprofit organizations and deepened her commitment to public service.

Madeline began her legal career in trust and estates, assisting clients with estate planning, probate, and estate administration. She later transitioned to a general practice firm, where her focus on family law grew. Her diverse background allows her to approach each case with both analytical precision and emotional intelligence.
